How long does it take to order a dress?
The length of time to order a gown depends upon the designer you choose. However delivery times are approximately 5 months.
What happens if I have not allowed enough time to order my gown?
Don’t panic! We have 3 solutions:

1. Some of our designers provide a “Rush Order” service at an additional cost.

2. Some of our designers also have an “in stock list” and should the style you require be available then there is usually no further fee.

3. We carry ex sample gowns in store which are
available at a reduced cost and available
immediately.
Do I need to make an appointment?
As evenings & Saturdays are always in high demand it is advisable to book appointments for these days.
We are happy to take “walk in” appointments at all other times, however, preference will be given to customers with appointments. If an appointment is in progress when you call we will give you an approximate waiting time so that you may call back or wait in the waiting area.
